9:45-9:50   Assigned person opens the door, fans, central air/heat, check all classrooms to see that they are clean and organized, turn on computer and copier.
10:00  Student arrival and secure books in classrooms and greet fellow students.
10:10-10:25 Assembly bell rings and students should line up straight according their levels.  Teachers should supervise their lines.

1.       Conductor of Assembly greets the students.
2.       Recite the morning dua with the students.
3.       Recite Sura Al-Fatiha with it’s meaning.
4.       Review the last week’s hadith and read a new
          Hadith.
5.       Recite 5 duas along with its English meaning. 
          New Duas introduced once a month.
6.       Time to time Special Events will be covered (e.g.
          Halloween, Thanksgiving, Ramadan, Eid,
          Christmas, Hajj, Easter, etc.)
7.       Announcements.
8.       Pledge of Allegiance.
9.       One level will be excused at a time.
 

10:30 Teacher picks up the Attendance Register from the office
 
12:55  Teacher cleans up the class and prepares the class for the prayers
1:00 pm Student enters the prayer hall one level at a time starting with KG.  Students enter the prayer hall with the right foot and saying the dua “Ya Allah, Please open the gates of Mercy & Blessings”
1:05 Assigned Student calls the adhan & students offer their Sunnah 
1:10 Congregational Prayer, followed by the recitation of Ayatul Kursi, Tasbeeh and Dua
1:25 Students finish their Sunnah prayers and disperse quietly
